Starting at the basics of building classes, identifying the types and parts of buildings, houses, and materials used in construction.

There's never been a better time to relearn the basics. From Underwriting to inspections to evaluating - we're going to help you ensure your Mutual is running smooth from square 1.

1:00pm - 2:00pm -- Round Tables
Taking the information already discussed, this roundtable will be a chance for us to brainstorm ideas to strengthen our companies. While it’s always allowed to let the conversation grow organically to the needs of those involved, we will also have some guided questions to spark creative ideas.

2:15pm - 3:15pm -- Liability 101
Sticking with the theme of basics, this course will cover liability items such as; Additional insureds, basic liability coverage, basic farm coverage, when to not have full liability and more.
3:15pm - 3:25pm -- Break
3:25pm - 4:15pm -- Valuations
This course will cover how to properly do cost guides and valuations with examples of how to do a valuation cost guide to get the appropriate RC number for making the classifications into each company's rating structures and guidelines.
